KayLee Helfrecht, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
KayLee was born and raised in eastern Oregon. She moved to Portland in 2013 after graduating from University of Oregon, where she majored in Human Physiology. KayLee worked as a rehab aide in skilled nursing for 4 years before going back to school. She completed her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2019 at Mt. Hood Community College.
KayLee has experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic injuries, postural dysfunction, injuries from motor vehicle collisions, and on-the-job injuries. She is also trained in manual therapy, IASTM, and cupping for soft tissue mobilization. She enjoys educating and empowering patients to reach their goals.
In her free time you can find KayLee in the mountains, camping, snowboarding, dirt biking, mountain biking, or exploring with her puppy, Indi.
